Discovering Bashamichi Station on Our Walk

We walked with Ash to Kitanakadori Kita No. 2 Park.
At his suggestion, we went through the underground passage at Bashamichi Station.
Feeling like adventurers, the children held the handrail and said “Go down” as they descended the stairs.
Inside the station, an audio information panel caught their attention. Ash explained that pressing its button would play spoken guidance.
The route involved plenty of stairs, but the children’s growing stamina made it no problem.
Located among Yokohama’s Bashamichi, Sakuragicho and Kannai areas, Cosmo Global Kids has many opportunities for discoveries on walks.
Preschool children may not be a common sight in a subway passage, but we want them to experience varied places through English, with staff encouraging their discoveries.
At the park, we enjoyed playing soccer with a beach ball.
