During Talk Time, the children learn English words and expressions connected with the weekly topic or monthly country theme.
January’s Talk Time reviewed countries we had already explored.
Rather than simply memorizing words or matching them to pictures, we explore weight, texture, size and shape to help children understand the objects themselves.
Sometimes we learn while seated; at other times, we stand, move and play games. We use varied approaches to help learning happen naturally and enjoyably.
