Reviewing Safety Rules on Our Walk: Part 2

We walked with Kevin to the riverside deck.
Because other people and bicycles sometimes pass through, we talked about what to do when a bicycle approaches.
On the deck’s slope, shown in the photograph, we agreed to move aside and hold the railing. Clearly explaining each rule helps children eventually remind one another too.
Back in the classroom, we practiced the English letter V during writing time.
Visitors often comment on how the children prepare their own workbooks and crayons, sit attentively and write letters. Their effort in each lesson is clear to see.
