Enrollment Information for Elementary School

- Enrollment Application

The school will provide you with an application form. Application fee must be paid after submitting the application form.
- Admission Screening

We will screen your child for admission. A separate interview with parents or guardians will be conducted in either English or Japanese. Please note that parents or guardians do not need to be proficient in both English and Japanese for your child to be admitted.
- Acceptance and Payments

Enrollment is secured with the payment.
- Orientation

We will have a school orientation for prospective students and parents. During this orientation we hope to meet each of you and begin our working relationship in your child's learning journey.
Open School (Group)
During our Open Schools, we will introduce CGK International School and answer any questions that you may have.
We have a space for children to spend time, so please feel free to bring your children along.

Acceptance of Applications for April Admission in 2025
Grade 1: Born between April 2, 2018 and April 1, 2019
Grade 2: Born between April 2, 2017 and April 1, 2018
Grade 3: Born between April 2, 2016 and April 1, 2017
Grade 4: Born between April 2, 2015 and April 1, 2016
Grade 5: Born between April 2, 2014 and April 1, 2015
*From Grade 6 on, it will be middle school.
Refund Policy
The application fee, registration fee, and admission deposit are non-refundable after payment. Refunds for other fees will be made in accordance with separate regulations.

*The fees in this table also apply to students who enroll in the middle of the FY2024 (calculated on a pro-rata basis).
*If you wish to pay tuitions, etc. on a term basis, a 5% installment payment fee will be charged separately.
*Even if you pay a lump-sum annual fee, if you request to withdraw from the school two months or more in advance, the fee will be refunded after the withdrawal.
*Tuition Fee, School Maintenance Fee, Lunch Fee, etc. will not be charged during the Study Abroad Support Fee payment period.
*A deposit will be charged but will be offset against the tuition fee after enrollment.
