Enrollment Information for Middle and High School
Admission Process
*Please note that we are not yet accepting applications for admission to the high school, as it is scheduled to open in 2028.

- Enrollment Application

The school will provide you with an application form. Application fee must be paid after submitting the application form.
- Admission Screening

We will screen your child for admission. A separate interview with parents or guardians will be conducted in either English or Japanese. Please note that parents or guardians do not need to be proficient in both English and Japanese for your child to be admitted.
- Acceptance and Payments

Enrollment is secured with the payment.
- Orientation

We will have a school orientation for prospective students and parents. During this orientation we hope to meet each of you and begin our working relationship in your child's learning journey.
Open School (Group)
During our Open Schools, we will introduce CGK International School and answer any questions that you may have. Please feel free to bring your children along.

Refund Policy
The application fee, registration fee, and admission deposit are non-refundable after payment. Refunds for other fees will be made in accordance with separate regulations.
