A brief interview and behavioral observation will be held with the parents and the child. Enrollment results are based on a variety of factors.
Please note that parents or guardians do not need to be proficient in both English and Japanese for your child to be admitted.
Acceptance and Payment: Enrollment is secured after completing payment.
Enrollment: Midterm enrollment may be possible. Inquire for more details.

Open School

We provide a detailed explanation using videos and other materials.
Feel free to bring your child along, as we will provide care for them during the session (in principle, for those of an eligible age).

Observation Session

Observe live lessons. CGK staff will be available to not only provide explanations, but to answer any questions you may have.
*You are welcome to bring your children, but we ask that the parents/guardians watch over them.

Schedule	After you have applied, we will discuss the schedule with you individually. In principle, students who enroll during the 2024 academic year are eligible.

Schedule	<For admission in April 2025> September 7-9 (Sat-Mon), 2024 *After the screening, a tour of the Kannai School facilities will be conducted, which may take up to one hour in combination with the screening. For those enrolling in the middle of the school year, dates other than those listed above will be offered as appropriate. If there are vacancies in the admission capacity after the above schedule, a separate screening session will be made for admission.

(*1) The school will provide diapers free of charge.

(*2) If you wish to pay tuitions, etc. on a monthly basis for Age 3-5 classes, a 5% installment payment fee will be charged separately. (No installment fee for Age 2 classes.)
Even if you pay a lump-sum annual fee, if you request to withdraw from the school two months or more in advance, the fee will be refunded after the withdrawal.

"Free Early Childhood Education and Care" 37,000 yen monthly subsidy

Registration Fee　330,000 JPY
*110,000 JPY registration fee for Age 2 classes. Advance registration fee (Age 2 to Age 3 class) is 220,000 JPY.
*A deposit will be charged but will be offset against the tuition fee after enrollment.

Extended Childcare Fee
[8:00-8:30am/5:00-6:30pm] 22 JPY/minute
[7:30-8:00am/6:30-7:00pm] 33 JPY/minute (it will be discontinued March, 2025)

Swimming Instruction Fee　1,100 JPY/lesson
