A brief interview will be held with the parents and the child. Enrollment results are based on a variety of factors.
Please note that parents or guardians do not need to be proficient in both English and Japanese for your child to be admitted.
Acceptance and Payment: Enrollment is secured after completing payment.

Open School on Weekends

During the session, our teachers who work with children on a daily basis will look after preschool-age children in a designated activity area, so please feel free to bring your child with you.

Advance registration is required to attend. As each session has limited capacity, we encourage you to register as early as possible.

Families who are still in the early stages of considering enrollment are also very welcome. Please feel free to join us and get a sense of our school environment.

Observe live lessons. CGK staff will be available to not only provide explanations, but to answer any questions you may have.
*You are welcome to bring your children, but we ask that the parents/guardians watch over them.

Schedule	After you have applied, we will discuss the schedule with you individually. In principle, students who enroll during the 2025 academic year are eligible.

(*1) The school will provide diapers and snacks free of charge.

(*2) If you wish to pay tuitions, etc. on a monthly basis for Age 3-5 classes, a 5% installment payment fee will be charged separately. (No installment fee for Age 2 classes.)
Even if you pay a lump-sum annual fee, if you request to withdraw from the school two months or more in advance, the fee will be refunded after the withdrawal.

"Free Early Childhood Education and Care" 37,000 yen monthly subsidy

Registration Fee　440,000 JPY
*110,000 JPY registration fee for Age 2 classes. Advance registration fee (Age 2 to Age 3 class) is 330,000 JPY.
*A deposit will be charged but will be offset against the tuition fee after enrollment.

Extended Childcare Fee　22 JPY/minute

*Basically, the service is available from Age 3 class, but please consult us for students in Age 2 classes.
