CGK Expansion and Relocation in April 2023
The Kannai Campus will be newly expanded and relocated, and together with the Bashamichi Campus, will go from 5 to 12 classes.
In April 2023, CGK International School Kannai Campus will move to a new location.
The number of classes will be expanded from the current 5 classes (3 preschool classes + 2 afterschool classes) to 12 classes (5 preschool classes + 4 elementary classes + 3 afterschool classes) at the two campuses, Kannai and Bashamichi.

Features of the New Kannai Campus
- Occupies 4 floors of a new building (built in 2022/2nd to 5th floors/780m2)
- 200m2 play space (1 floor occupied)
- Equipped with a library
- Conveniently located within walking distance from 3 stations and 3 train lines (within 7 minutes walk from any of Kannai, Bashamichi and Nihon-odori stations)
- Just a short walk from Bashamichi Campus (6 minutes on foot)
Bus renewal / Bus transportation available for some elementary students
In line with the expansion of CGK, both of CGK's buses will be renewed in May 2023.
With the renewal of the buses, the capacity will increase (from 2 x 18 students to 2 x 25 students), so we will be able to incorporate more active off-campus activities than ever before.
Bus transportation will be available not only for students in the preschool's Age 3 to 5 classes, but also for some of the lower elementary grades.
*Priority will be given to younger children from 3 years old onward. Please inquire about the availability for Age 2 class students and details.
In addition to daily safety measures, we will also provide safety equipment to safely transport students to and from the school.

Preschool Bus Routes
Bus transportation is provided twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Pick-up in the morning only. No evening drop-off.
